I dont know if this has been mention before ...

In all Odeon Cinemas they have a sign up where you get your tickets ,

Anyone causing a disturbance /nuisance will be told to leave the cinema without refund ,

I have had many people ejected from cinema , wether its the gangs of yobs playing up or the seat kickers ,phone ringers

I dont get into an argument with the rabble , just go out to the front desk explain the problem an the usher will come an throw them out , No Problem /No Fuss
I pay my money to see that film, not to be a victim too obnoxious scumbags ...

This is good to know, pity more cinemas don't follow. I stopped going to the Prince Charles cinema in London's Soho for this very reason. Every week, I'd get people sitting next to me having a picnic, a conversation on their mobile or talking out loud to each other. At first, I thought it was because the tickets were cheap there, but it seems to happen everywhere nowadays. I'd rather stay at home and watch telly these days. Good on you for sorting them out. It's not a cheap night out anymore and I don't see why these yobs should get away with it.

I was in the cinema (odeon) with a few frienRAB the other day. there was a group of about 40 teenagers at the back and none of them were watching the film, they were all just talking to each other VERY loudly. They were all asked to leave about 5 minutes in and they all left.

behaviour in cinemas really has got out of control. Well done odeon!

Its expensive time-wasting exercise though

I went to see the night listener the other day and a gang of girls behind me left about 15mins before the end saying that their car was here

Why pay about

snow_garden

I go in the day too ..
but still get fools ,
I "mark" their carRAB , lol
if they start up at film beginning ,
I shush once , Only Once "Thats the the Rule !!",

If after 5 mins they are still bad/scum ,
I get up say nothing an go get them ejected .
come back watch film ,

I am a regular at my odean /picturehouse an the film will stop if I raise my left hand up waving ,an march out I usually get a Cheer when they get thrown out , lol ...;)

as you say its a lot of money,
we can be pirates but we support the film industry , :)
I love escapism to the film, in that short time , lol
I love it to bits ..lol

Excellent news. I am fed up with complaining only to have nothing done about it. Only drawback is that you have to miss a bit of the film in order to go out and complain.

The ideal situation would be a member of staff in each screen.

When I was about 13/14 I used to be one of those annoying kiRAB in the cinema :o .

When I went to see King Kong this year though, there was a group of about 50 teenagers talking at the top of their voices through the whole film. Made me realise how annoying I must have been when I was younger lol.

Bag searches are not for camcorders its for food and drink, Odeons only allow food and drink bought at the cinema to be taken into the film

Was at the cineman tonight watching Children Of Men - had a group of 15 year olRAB sat nearby, they were chatting a lot throughout the movie, and laugh or scream at most scenes! When the movie ended one lad said "that film was s**t"

Complete pain for most people who go and spend quite a bit of money to go chill and watch a movie. Cinemas have to start cutting down on it now.

That would just be stupid! People would accidentally press it and Odeon staff would be marching in constantly!!

You would get the immature fuRAB who would just press it for a laugh! Your film would get interrupted more than the fuRAB who are disturbing you :D

I used to work for Odeon and it's true. I'd give them one warning, stay to keep an eye on them for the rest of the film and kick them out if they started again. If someone complained they were gone. The management gave us a lot of discretion in this regard.
