i would recommend getting a
filter
bubbler
a lamp , like a reading lamp and put it near the tank and it should keep the tank from freezing on winter days
and if you have that stuff
get at least a 10-15 gallon tank
put 4-5 tetras of your choice
2-3 guppies
1-2 danios
and possibly a rasbora
that should be perfect
