I saw a question earlier with someone asking advice on whether to continue the prosecution process after falsely accusing her boyfriend of rape.
Somone claiming to be a rape councillor told her pretty much "go ahead - he deserves it, and nothing will happen to him anyway." I wouldn't take much notice, but this was the answer picked as best by the asker.
I tried to put it out of my mind, but it is bothering me a little.
Anyone's opinions on whether this is a real question or not?
And if so, can anything be done about it? We have potentially an innocent man going to jail, and someone claiming to be a rape councillor advocating the prosecution of innocent men, and making "cyber rape" (saying "I rape you" online) illegal and a prosecutable crime.
Advice, please?
Is it worth thinking about at all? (It does sound like trolling, in some ways).
