Is anyone else in shock at how popular yet shit trivium are? I keep seeing people post shit about them in pure awe of their music. (most are avenged sevenfold fans, typical)
Am i the only one who thinks this? I dont really hate the bands music... i just think they try really hard to be metal, and just fail... like shadows fall (later)

I agree. I think thats what bothers me. I dont think they are a totally shit band. Just i don't think they have anything at all working for them. They are just that band that follows its genre by actual definition, and don't do anything to make them stand out.
Yet they seem so overly known - especially for such harsh vocalized music.
