bought a new retail business with triple net lease (in triple net lease tenant pays tax, rent and insurance but rent is low). Previous business owner sold me the business who also had the same triple net lease BUT without fixing parking lot and roof.
Now, Old owner and Landlord both blame each other to pay for the repair. Why should i pay if the parking and roof were bad b4 i bought the business. AM I LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR .
