I recently got hit by a truck, and I have a medium sized wound on my forehead. I put triple antibiotic ointment on it, but I noticed a lot of thick yellow fluid building up. WHat does this mean? Is pus harmful? How should I prevent this wound from scarring? ANd i put some ointment on other wounds, and the smaler ones are extremely painful after putting it on... what does this mean?
