Tricking the doctor scale - please help!?

Okay so every Tuesday and Friday I get weighed by my school nurse. She uses one of those doctor scales where you move the thing back and forth until it balances out. I NEED to consistently trick the scale into saying I weigh more than I do, without actually gaining weight. I've been using the "water load" trick (drinking a gallon of water right before getting on the scale) and it works great but I'm looking for something else. I have a 15 minute cab ride where I'm by myself so I can do anything. I just can't hide things in my clothes because I have to be barefoot and wearing a gown. Any kind of trick is helpful, thank you!
