Trickin'/Pimpin' a car help EASY TEN POINTS!?!?!?

I have a Chevy Monte Carlo (1987-white)

I am gonna throw 23s on it, and of course put a lift kit on it...

maybe some underglow....



I am wondering, should I do spinners or straight blades?



and what else should I do?

as for interior, I am gonna do an in-dash display....and then idk...except I already got subs and stuff...



I want this thing nice for prom...money not an issue, but I would like to pay as little as possible obviously...


any suggestions would help...the more in-depth the better...THANKS!
 
Blades but instead of chrome ...color watch the rims to the car...if I was you..I would go with Dayton Dceptres or something like that instead of Blad's...Daytons with spinners are classic but if the wires matched the car's paintjob..you would kill em...personally , I would do just 20 inch rims with
Air Ride..it would look cleaner and it would'nt ruin the suspension as much.
