However due to taxation reasons and the shipping and handling of the 1 MILLION DOLLARS, you will have to pay 999,999 DOLLARS, therefore you get 1 DOLLAR! Then Congress passes a new bill that taxes poor people even more and they take your dollar away, THEREFORE YOU HAVE ZERO DOLLARS!
