Would you like to share some insight on my cable building venture due you have any help to offer.

it doesnt matter what future dial cable you use to make this cable with
go to the accersoires store and buy a kyocera cable

really all you need to do is get a usb to serial cable it has a max-232 chip in it and cut splice your treo cable into it

I due (LOL) not have any insight to offer. I do not deal with the treos for the very reason that mms doesnt work and they are harder to flash and require more equipment then im willing to buy into. Sorry.

On the DB9 connecter you have to find RX, TX, GND
then make the proper connections and read your treo

Ok that part I had figured out what i am trying to find out is do i connect the usb to the computer or the serial end to the computer.... which end do I connect to the phone???? :befuddled
