Treo 650 vs Sanyo 4930

I know this is an odd matchup, but I need a great phone with excellent reception. I have no real need for MultiMedia. From what I've read, the Sanyo 4930 fits the bill. On the other hand, a PDA is a very desirable quality I'd like to have if it does not compromise the phone reception and quality. So, that said, does the Treo work or should I fall back to the Sanyo 4930.
