treadmill vs Bike vs Elliptical...?

Which one will make me lose the most weight and help me define my body the best? and also for how long and how many days a week should be best? thanks!
 
i do them all and find i sweat the most with the treadmill, second best would be the bike, then the eliptical that uses the arms. i usually dont do them for very long. like 15 min each. what i do is try and reach 100 calories on each, maybe not the best way. also i tend to get bored if i stay with it for too long.
