Treadmill Exercise Routine?!!?

Okay, so to start off im a 14 year old male, 5 foot 6.5 inches, 197 pounds. Anyways about a week ago I weighed 202 pounds, and then lost 6 by running/walking for about 30 minutes or 2 miles on the treadmill. I mostly walk because im so out of shape and get side aches if I dont take a break. But now I can run for most of the mile but if I do i get exhausted and then i need to take a sitting break. So I was wondering how i could improve this. Keep in mind i cant run for very long, my tops is about .3 miles. And how can i lose weight faster. I eat around 1200 calories today, but thats just a in-the-ballpark type thing.
