No personal experience but this is British Airways regulations on pregnant women flying:

"For uncomplicated single pregnancies, we restrict travel beyond the end of the 36th week, and for twins, triplets etc., beyond the end of the 32nd week. After your pregnancy has entered its 28th week, we ask that you carry with you a letter from your doctor or midwife, stating the pregnancy is uncomplicated and confirming the expected date of delivery. In this letter, your doctor should state that you are in good health, that they are happy for you to fly, and that (in their opinion) there is no reason why you cannot fly."

My doctor said "no planes, trains, or automobiles" after 32 weeks. :)

But, depending on where you are going, I would be a little leery of travelling that far when you are 30 weeks.

Ask yourself this: would you be comfortable giving birth in the country you are travelling to? How would your insurance handle it? Would you want to travel home with a newborn? What does your doctor think?

I'm 28 weeks and am travelling this week on a one hour flight, but I'm staying inside the state and am travelling to a major metro area (Orlando). Even so, I got the all clear from my doctor and he still said "make sure you get up and walk around on the flight, due to DVT."

I would really worry about having to deliver out of the country and not knowing what type of medical treatment they have - not just for you but for your baby. If something were to happen this early your baby would need intensive care and what type of intensive care would you be able to get there. Most women don't go into labor at 30 weeks but some do. I would try and find out as much as you can about their healthcare system before I would decide to go. This is also my first pregnancy and I tend to freak out about little things too though. :)
