trasferring numbers

i have an i90 and just got the new phone. i need to transfer my address book from my old phone to my new phone? the store wanted to charge me 15 per phone to upload it. i know there a way something like # * menu and hit the right arrow real fast, then you can transfer it over. any ideas would be great. my aol screen is aim1crzy or my email is [email protected] thank you

My i730 had a SIM CARD in the back of it, that held all my phone numbers.
You could take a look in the back of your old phone & see.

if you have the data cable(does ringtones) then you can mot has free software to do it or if your new phone has a yellow or white sim card you can buy the sim copier (same the store uses) for $15 directly from nextel.
