I'm lying in bed and my stomach was making truly unbelievable noises. They were so loud my partner could hear them from the bathroom. Then I got this sudden pain right across my belly, level with my belly button, and now it won't go. It's a very sharp pain. I get trapped wind badly and it doesn't feel like the usual windy pain I get so just wondering what it could be? I had a sandwich for dinner, I've had a stomach ulcer in past so it's not that, I do not have ibs and it's not in my guts so it's not food poisoning. Any ideas? It started when I was bent over if that is any help!
Trapped wind maybe?!?
