i have recently experianced some terrible pain in my side from my left ribcage down to my side and under my diaphram. at first i thought it could be trapped wind as i could feel and hear the rumbling but its been a day now, although the pain is not as bad it is still there. i drink a bottle of activia a day and have cut out cola as my docters first thought was IBS. any suggestions on how or what to do ???
Trapped wind, IBS, or something else??
