So my iPhone has finally died today and I was given (by my employer) an AT&T Blackberry Bold to replace it. When I bought the iPhone, I signed the 2 year contract. Am I violating and ToS or AuP by putting my old SIM in my new phone? I ask this because I need to enable BES. The website sees the new phone, but upon trying to change features to enable BES, it lists the iPhone options as well as regular options. Can anyone shed some light on my situation?
