It was a good movie... the people that are hating on it are not so much hating it because it is a bad movie, they hate it because it is not blow your mind amazing... and that is pretty impossible to do with a story that is unoriginal so you have preconceived notions going in.

Probably one of the better action movies to be released in a looooong time.

It's not so much the story, rather the execution. There was plenty of shit to work with there, but once they started trying to juggle too many balls they couldn't properly keep them all in the air. A good storyteller can make even the most rehashed of shit exciting and interesting.
