transferring to a different college.. old transcripts show up?

ive messed up in community colleges real bad. ive jumped around from about 4-5 colleges and failed out all of them. recently for the past 2 semesters ive took responsibility and did well at a new community college. when i transfer, will they ask me to submit transcripts from those 4-5 colleges i messed up in?
