I have a HP Pavillion dv2000 and a vodafone mobile phone(i'm not sure of the exact model as it was my brother's old phone. It says "vodafone" on it, just beneath the display)
I have some photos I took with the phone, and I would like to transfer them to my computer via bluetooth.(The phone didn't come with a data transfer cable)
I have paired the laptop and the phone, set them both so they are "always visible" but when i attempt to send a file it says "sending" for a few seconds and then "transfer failed"
After pairing, my computer automatically installed drivers for the phone -
Is it possible that they did not install correctly?
Is there a setting that I need to alter?
-
This has happened with my father's phone also, which is an LG.
Perhaps a setting on my computer needs altering?
-
Can anyone direct me to the correct drivers(if drivers are missing) or to the settings i have missed?
thanks in advance
