transferring contacts from sprint instinct to straight talk samsung slider phone?

Hi, I was wondering if there was anyway I could receive all my contacts through bluetooth from my older samsung instinct on sprint to my new straight talk slider phone, i've already paired these two phones through bluetooth, but cannot figure out how to send contacts, any info would be much appreciated.
