My step-father helped me buy a car by taking out the loan on which I was a co-signer. The car is paid off and the title has both his and my name on it.
How do I transfer it into my name? Is there a special way, or does he have to gift it to me?
blergh.. I don't like having a car I worked so hard to pay off "gifted" to me haha , but it beats paying the 6% tax that doesn't apply to me either.
