Transfer from De Anza College to UTSA(University of Texas at San Antonio)? Is

it possible? I am Currently a full-time student at De Anza College, Cupertino, CA. I would like to transfer into UTSA (University of Texas at San Antonio) as a biology major. Is it possible for me to transfer? Could I go ahead and take the General Education (core curriculum) for UTSA at De Anza College? Is UTSA transfer-friendly? help me i'm lost :(
