Has anyone found any working software yet, that will allow data transfer VIA CABLE for the TELUS version of the Audiovox 8900?
I recently communicated with Audivox and here is what I got:
"When Importing or exporting from Outlooks the group setting are not transfered"
"Ring tones can't be transfer via a cable & software. Ringtones can only be downloaded from your carrier brew service, the same with Wallpaper & games"
"With the Telus version you can only email the photos, they can't be downloaded."
(I told Audiovox about Brewsky 8900 [which I couldn't get to work] and about BitPim [which does not support this phone due to it's "fragile and shoddy" software - see http://bitpim.sourceforge.net/testhelp/] but Audiovox did not dignify my comments with a reply)
