Transcriptionists: How do you transcribe a Real Media (.rm) file?

Express Scribe will not load a file in .rm format, and when I try to convert it to mp3 with various file conversion tools, the resulting file always has 0 Kilobytes (i.e. the converted file has no audio).

This only happens with Real Media files.

Just wondering what program you use to transcribe .rm, or any video format...
