Can someone find the transcription factors for these genetic mutations
PKU - protein = phenylalanine hydroxylase
Cri du chat - If you can find the protein for this too that would be great. I just know that the mutation is occurring in gene 15.3 in chromosome 5, also I am unable to find how many base pairs this is, if you are able to find this please let me know.
all of this information would be greatly appreciated, if you have any additional information on these genetic mutations please leave your knowledge.
Thank you very much.
For the genetic mutation Phenylketonuria, the protein phenylalanine hydroxylase - I can not find how to get the transcription factors on the strand of na, on the promoter. Also if someone could direct me on how to get a picture of the exons and introns (horizontal bar with vertical bars showing exons)
For Cri Du chat - I need to know, what is the name of the protein on which any of the mutations occur, how many base pairs long is that strand. A picture of the exons and introns (described in PKU ^ above). and again the T.F. on the promoter.
I apologize if this is not clear, I am just beginning with genetics courses. I am still trying to learn to understand more about mutations, DNA RNA tRNA mRNA etc. to make it all simple, I need the transcription factors for each strand where a mutation occurs.
