Trans and gender queer?

This is getting confusing. If someone is gender queer, they don't regard themselves as a boy or a girl. So how does a person feel that they're trans anyway? Cause it would mean that they do regard themselves as a particular gender, no?
but i'm going around tumblr and i've seen this thing a couple of times now so i guess it does exist
 
You answered your own question. Transsexual people have a defined gender and genderqueers do not. A transsexual male has a male gender and feels male etc.
