Tranny Swap Out in a 94 ford?

I have a 1994 7.3l non-turbo it is in a Ford f-450 2 wheel drive. I am interested in switchin transmissions out. I currently have an auto with overdrive. I am interested in switchin out for a large truck tranny such as a 13 speed Eaton. any ideas of if this will fit or any large truck trannys that may fit with only minor fabercations. Thank the plumber
