Trainspotting Glossary?

I'm currently reading Trainspotting by Irvine Welsh. I'm doing fairly well understanding the dialect, but some of the slang is a bit confusing. I heard that there is a version of the book with a glossary included. Does anyone know where I can find the glossary on the internet. Or if the glossary is short, maybe you could just post it.
