We are playing a final in a week. I have 11 years experience as a player. We were recently given a trainer, and this guy makes us do plyometrics, squats and all, before our ball work, sessions, everyday. Crap! It really tires us a lot. Please advice. Send me a link for training schedules for the last week before preparing for a game. Is what he is doing correct? Our coach just lets him do that.
