I'm 18, 6'2'' and 195pounds. I want to be more toned than I am right now. I played basketball all the way til junior year but stopped due to torn ACL, so I know how to work out what to do, and all that stuff. But anyways, I haven't worked out since about September due to my own laziness. What should I do to get more tone and back in shape before I head off to college in September? Just a ton of cardio and swimming, and low weight, high reps workout routine everyday? I want to burn fat, and then gain muscle.
so if I did cardio everyday for about an hour of just running/swimming, and then starting a weight training program let's say mid May that would be good?
