I have a phone through Sprint and I am just not enjoying it, my friend, who is also on the Sprint network is having the same problem. Funny part, we have the phones that each other would like to have. My question is, do we have to go to a Sprint store to swap phones, seeing as they need a clean ESN to be activated or could we just follow the instructions to activate a new phone on their website and does that automatically clear it? I'm sure a lot of you are probably laughing about this and thinking "Is she dumb?" and if you are, please keep it to yourself. I've never done anything like this before and neither has he. Also our nearest Sprint store is an hour away so we are desperate to know if there is any other way. Thank you.
