My same thoughts exactly ! If that were possibile, I'd keep my bagger stock and do the cam/headwork on the 'Bob. I'd have to track down a scarlet red one tho Oh well, wishfull thinking....

how are the stock exhaust on your sg...are they louder than the stock exhaust on
the fatbob...i am still not sure about the pipes....it is funny how many people has
been upgrading from the fatbob to streetglide.....i have to say on my part,
the fatbob was my first harly and we are doing more milage me and my wife..
dont get me wrong , the fatbob was very smooth and we could do 300 to 400
miles in a day no problems...i will MAYBE miss the bob...

The stock exhaust on the SG sounds a little louder and deeper than my FB did, perhaps it's the bigger bore of the 103. I must say that so far (520 miles) I'm not really missing my FB a whole lot. The SG handles great, has decent power, looks cool, and now I can cruise with tunes playing and carry extra clothes and snacks and stuff with me. If you are a super aggressive rider then you may prefer to keep the FB. Not to say that the SG can't be ridden super agressively either. I know it is a tough decision.

Nice. I'm testing riding the exact same bike tomorrow - hope they can make me a decent deal. I love the power of my motor, but looking forward to the ride of the SG.
