I have the htc touch pro, and I have to say this thing is horrible, it's hardware and software are broken, freezing constantly and with a broken keyboard(almost all of them break after looking online, NOT my fault) it is almost unusable. I have had it for about 6 months, and need a new phone. If I were to go to a Verizon store looking to upgrade, would I just need to pay the price of a new phone? I am looking into getting the Droid Incredible. Thanks!
