Has anyone had experience with this? What does T-Mobile do in this case? I do have insurance...thanks

Yes I also had that happen with my 2nd 7105T about 3 weeks ago. It scrolled left and right but would not click on anything. There is nothing to be done except replace the device (in my experience).

Yeah, my friend had the same problem as yours.. He just scroll left and right, then use "enter" button instead of broke trachwheel click. He now has deal with it than nothing...

They replaced it free with a new pearl...7105t now discontinued....i was happy for that.
