There are two different process one for court (legal) and one for personal. If you have a subpeona, it goes through a hotline, if you need it for personal it goes through your local store/admin office. I've never seen a legal one, so their may be different things on it, for the personal one, I'm not aware of it showing blocked call but then again, I don't really look thru the CDR recorRAB, i would just process and deliver them
Also the fee structure is different for the court ones and the personal ones (or should be, depending on situation)
