I'm getting my first car and I'm a college student living off campus. I'm just wondering which car would be better. I live in So. Cal in north country San Diego (it's pretty hilly according to my friends).
I love how the Yaris looks but I've been hearing that Fit is a lot safer (but I find the Fit to be really ugly)? I just recently got my license.. so I'm just wondering which car should I get and WHY?
I doubt I'm going to be driving too much, probably just out to get groceries or food from time to time.
i do understand that the Yaris is cheaper + better MPG, but the Fit is cheaper in terms of maintenance and has a higher horsepower (which in the end means better MPG in hilly regions according to my friend) I'm just not sure how true that is about the MPG.
Also, doesn't Honda have a better sell back value than Toyota?
