toyota truck tranny mount?

I own a 1994 toyota pickup.Manual tranny, 22re engine, 2wd.I just went up under my truck to inspect my tranny mount.It was not seperated, but there is a bolt going up through the middle of the tranny mount.what is the purpose of this bolt? Am I supposed to adjust this bolt? if yes where do I set the adjustment?
