Toyota Tercel 97 speedometer problems?

When ever im driving in my car i notice that my speedometer is not accuret if i want to go 60km i have to go 75 or 80km its like 15km behind what could be the cause of this problem
oh and its got 14 inchs tires size

You change size of tires and do not reecalibrate.

so in other words its stock get a new speedo for it its might not b working no mo
