how do i do it. The headlights are too low and people have trouble seeing in the dark. I changed both lights and its still low. How do i adjust their angle higher.

There are adjustment screws. There are many setups for this, and I don't know which one you have. ASK SOMEONE that has more knowledge than yourself that can show you.
