Iv been getting the battey light for a while nd it used to come and go but recently it won't go off and iv haad the truck compleatly die multible times. After I charge the battery up it will drive but the batery light will comeon imidietly. So I replaced the alornator and the batery and its still not putting out a charge. I knoticed that the altornaator fuse looked charred so I took off the little cover and pulled up the prongs and the meatal was still connected as far as I caan see. The only other thing is that there may be mud in the conection between the altornator and the conection, the truck is a 98. 4wd v6.
Toyota tacoma, batery wil not charge, but its not the altorntor or the battery?
