Assembly on Carfax? Hi, I am looking into purchasing a Toyota Sienna Used from a Local Toyota dealership with 43000 miles 2006 LE AWD. The vehicle is Toyota Certified. When I was handed the Carfax report It showed the following.....

Vermont
Damage Report Accident reported
Vehicle involved in a rear-end collision
It hit a motor vehicle
01/15/2008 Automotive Parts Supplier
Barre, VT Parts requested to repair damage after
an accident or other incident
Front bumper assembly
Engine assembly
Right side fender
Grill
Windshield washer reservoir...

Can someone please tell me what Engine Assembly means?

Should I be concerned? Again it is Toyota Certified..
