Toyota Sienna 2011 LE over Dodge Caravan 2010 SXT?

OK I have never owned a minivan, but now need one with 4 little kids under 5. I do not want to break the bank, but my focus is space, versatility and reliable. I keep hearing bad things about Dodge but tbh i am seem to find bad things about every van. All depends which reviews I go to. Plus if buying a one or two yr old car I am hoping any one will have a few good yrs in them before they start to break down. There is a Sienna 2011 LE and an SXT for roughly the same price in my neighborhood. Any recommendations knowing the above?
 
I owned two Dodge minivans over the past several years. I liked them both. I found the stow and go seating to be easy to use and helpful. Toyotas seem to hold their values better.
