Well I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna and these vehicles were recalled some time ago for spare tire mounts that could corrode fast and cause the tire to drop and cause loos of control.
Well I took it in to toyota and they looked at it and said they had to order the part so gave me a new appointment and I took it in 2 weeks later and after dropping it off and getting a ride and all that hassle they called and said they still did not have the part.Then I finally got in last month and they reinstalled the spare tire (which they had placed INSIDE the vehicle for the meantime and yesterday I had a flat and guess what.THERE WAS NO SPARE TIRE UNDERNEATH!!!!
I called toyota dealer and they told me they had put it in.
Im so angry,who can I contact?
