Toyota Prius bumper repair?

I hit a 2007 Toyota Prius and I was wondering how much it would cost to repair the entire bumper seeing that is one piece.

The damage is on the rear bumper near the left wheel. It is scratched from bottom of the bumper to the top of the bumper so that entire corner section. Somewhat dented, but mainly scratched with a small tear in the damaged area. (Tear because it looks like a hole, about an inch in diameter)

So how much (approximate) do you think it will cost to repair or replace?
