Toyota Previa Used Driver Door Latch Assembly?

The shop says we need a new driver door latch assembly for our '96 Previa, which is about $450 from Toyota. They looked in our area for a used one but apparently it's a high demand used item; all the Previas they found in wrecking yards had already had that part removed.

So I'm looking for a used one. What Previa model years' driver door latch assemblies will fit a '96? All of them?

Anything I should be concerned about?
