TOYOTA P0401 CODE HELP?

my 99 camry had a knock sensor problem i got that changed and now have a p0401 code and need help to find where the VAV is located and what should i do with it, something when idleing it goes up down like 600 rpm to 700 rpm and up down till you hit the gas then its fine please help
