we have a 1991 Toyota Mr2 the lights work and we can manually put them up and down by a nob behind the light. but they wont go down on their own... why is this? is there a switch im supposed to push to make them go up or down? i see a switch sort of thing on the left hand side by the steering wheel. but would rather not mess with it unless i know what it is. so please let me know thanks
