Toyota lucida oil level flashing?

we have 2 toyota lucidas 1 has had a full oil change filters etc, the oil is on max on both of them now the oil level light is flashing on both but the turbo had gone on 1 of them when we bought the car and the oil level light was flashing could it mean no oil is getting to the turbo or the sensor is faulty
 
Is it oil level or oil pressure?

Most cars, the oil light is a low pressure light. That either means the engine is knackered, or the oil pump is knackered.
